our family had dinner here 1st time in 2023 and again last week during our trip to visit my bro in Japan. the staffs are very friendly and helpful, food is nice and huge with a lot of meat😂. the broth is quite thick and yummy. It is really a big bowl but it is too nice to leave anything so i finished all after a long walking day around. there was a short queue but waiting was not so long, acceptable. i wish it could have onsen egg to order🙏🏼

Was making a day trip to Chiba from Tokyo. Randomly searched google for good ramen place. Found this. Mostly locals, our group seems to be the only foreigners. We order all "normal" - noodle texture, soup base and oil. Soup base was a little heavy for "normal". Other than that, pretty good. Service was adequate. Tried to buy frozen takeaway portions but items in vending machine all sold out. Overall, not a bad experience.

One of the famous Yokohama ie -kei amen, house style Chinese noodles. The origin is Yoshimura-ya which started Yokohama ie-kei ramen first in the world. Soup is Tonkotsu Syoyu, pork bone vase and soy sauce, and taste rich and strong. Noodles are middle thick and you can ask how firm you would like. We went there almost midnight but it was still clouded. But this is because parking lot. It is a little far from railway station but please try it if you are interested in Ie-kei ramen. Enjoy it!

Sugitaya is always my 1st choice if I feel like eating something rich in pork flavor broth and fat 😆. The smallest size still feed my stomach

I went to try the ramen at lunchtime at about 12:30pm on a Wednesday. There was not much of a line. There are 3 choices (light, medium, strong) for flavor, noodle firmness and oil. I think next time I'll have less oil. The chashu has a smoky flavor to it which is delicious. There's parking available on site and there was a car lined up waiting to enter.
