As other reviewers have already noted, the rooms are small. The bathroom in particular feels really cramped. I have stayed in other 3 star hotels in Japan that was way more spacious than this. And, I totally agree that the wifi is really slow and would sometimes disconnect. I would not have posted this review at all since I'm not fond of posting negative reviews. However, my wife had a terrible experience with the hotel staff. She had to join an office meeting at 4 am. Since my son and I were still asleep at that time, she decided to take the meeting in the hotel lobby. The hotel staff forbad

The room - Superior Queen was a bit small as we booked it for three people, but it was still manageable for our stay. The location is very convenient, with a train station nearby and convenience stores within walking distance. Parking is available at the hotel as well, although there is an additional charge. The hotel is only one stop away from Ginza, making it easy to explore the city. The surrounding area is also quiet, which makes it a great place to rest after a long day of walking and sightseeing.

We stayed early February, in terms of value for money the hotel is good, the service was good, it was clean although the rooms were a little bit smaller than usual hotels in Tokyo but the size was specified during reservation. It is on the older fashion style of Japanese hotels but everything was functional. We didn’t had any issues with staff. About location it is good if you are going to ginza/odaiba/Shinbashi/shinagawa area. One inconvenience is that since the near hotel area are mostly offices there are no immediate restaurants so plan ahead for that, but the hotel is more of a business ho

First time in Villa Fontaine and I can't complain. Imho for the price the rooms are actually quite big (we stayed on the 8th floor in a twin bed room). The hotel was really quiet, couldn't hear the otherwise noisy city at all, some guests love to smash their doors, which you can hear clearly. The wifi though was really bad - which sucks if you want to share videos or pictures with friend and family at home. It was clean (towel change every day, full service every third day (except if you put the sign out)), staff was really nice. Location is amazing imho. The Happy Hour - guests can drink wine

This executive twin room with tatami area is the most spacious hotel room we’ve ever stayed in (in Tokyo at the same price range). The photos speak for themselves. The windows face the Shiodome train station. And yet it is quiet in the room. The gym on the reception floor is pretty small and located right next to a smoking room, which is a demerit. There are coin-operated washer and dryer facilities on every other floor.
