This food truck is famous for its triangular fried noodles, a self-proclaimed Kawagoe specialty that has been featured in the media.
I arrived at the store at 10:30 AM on June 2027, when it opened.
There's no parking available, so I used the nearby Kawagoe City Hall parking lot (free on weekdays).
I ordered the "triangular fried noodles with wings" for 400 yen including tax. 🙋
You can choose whether or not to add green laver and bonito flakes as toppings.
Payment is made in advance, and cash or some PayPay options are accepted. 🤳
After waiting in a nearby chair for about 5 minutes, your

Hagiwara Shoten's "Triangular Fried Noodles with Wings" from Kawagoe City, Saitama Prefecture. I'd seen it on TV before and had always wanted to try it, and when they had it at the Kawajima Town Antique Market, I finally got to try it! It's a delicacy that lets you enjoy both crispy and soft yakisoba. The triangular fried egg and cheese pair perfectly. It was incredibly delicious. If I see it again, I'll definitely try it. Thank you for the meal!

When I went there, it wasn't listed on Google Maps, but was located in a corner of another store.
When I narrowed my search down to this particular store, I would dig deep and check social media, but with so many options, when it's different from what's listed on Google Maps, I don't bother to look that far, and I end up giving up. The store hours are also short.

I love triangular fried noodles.
First of all, the crispy fried noodles are delicious♫ The nostalgic flavor really lifts your spirits. Once they're past the crispy point, they transform into a moist and soft texture, which is also nice.
You can fully enjoy the flavors of the egg, green laver, dried bonito flakes, and pickled ginger. (I asked for them to serve it without mayonnaise because I was dieting, but it would be amazing if they had mayonnaise.)
Perfect for eating on the go♫
It's absolutely delicious.
I recommend it to everyone.
