Our first time visiting and can say absolutely disappointed. It went off well with the firework show at 9:15 on the dot then being seated very quickly. However our waiter was absolutely impatient. Didn’t even introduce themselves. We ordered our food at 9:25. Didn’t see our waiter for the almost HOUR it took for our food. It was not busy at all and a table of 5 got their food before us. The server would ask how we were doing as he passed by. Didn’t even wait for our answer nor stop for it. We ordered a grilled shrimp (26$) and grilled tuna (30$) plate. The waiter not menu didn’t notify us that

LOVEDDD this place!!!!! I came with my orchestra for a spring trip, and we all got served the drinks we wanted and even got to take great pictures. The service was nice, a man even opened doors for us when he saw us carrying a lot of buffet plates..😅. Personally I took a few pictures, and started my buffet. Their choices were amazing and actually fresh, did not taste dry or like it was artificial. THE CRAB CLUSTERS WERE DEFINITELY MY FAVORITE! I have never been into a AYCE crab place, and this restaurant just made my life 1000% better with so many snow crabs for me to eat. I really recommend i

Two of us had dinner here. Alex was our server and did a great job. We had the all-you-can eat dinner buffet for $37 that included a nice salad bar. Highlights of the buffet were the prime rib and snow crab legs, along with the fried shrimp. We really enjoyed it. The interior and exterior of Louie's is looking worn and in need of updates but the location and views are awesome.

It was the view and the atmosphere I appreciated the most with the live music, also this place is huge! We came with family and there was at least 12 of us they had more than enough room and bc it's not peak season they were using less than half the room space. This would her a perfect spot for a date, friends, family, business, acquaintances, etc. I really appreciated the sand castle competition with the nearby entertainment. Staff was on top of everything and Courteous, punctual

Waiter was nice, friendly and knowledgeable about the food offerings. Nice atmosphere. I went for dinner before 6pm and it wasn't crowded, on Memorial day. Filet mignon was very delicious!
