Love that they’re open 24hrs, my friend and I came pretty late in the night and didn’t have to wait at all for a seat. They have several floors and we opted to be seated at a table rather than the bar. Ordering is done through a tablet so it’s quite convenient. Sushi itself was delicious, though the salmon cuts were different than what we were used to. It still tasted good though! Also note that the tuna set came with miso soup, super worth it since the tuna was so good. I would probably ask for no wasabi added next time though, they really add quite a bit of it to the tuna rolls.

Sushizanmai in Tsukiji Fish Market was a place I found while researching the market area, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. Even though the wait was longer than expected, it was well worth it. The nigiri selection was excellent and I tried red snapper, salmon, horse mackerel, broiled prawn, egg, okra, and snow crab. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, with just the right amount of wasabi already mixed in. The staff was friendly and helpful. The sushi was perfect! The fatty salmon literally melted in your mouth. They have fatty tuna here as well. The rolls had all the right fresh flavors. The clam miso soup was tasty while still capturing the fresh flavors. Even though this place is open 24 hours, they continue to deliver amazing sushi at all hours of the day. The staff is very attentive and ensure a great experience. I would definitely come back!
