Right outside Shibuya Station, I stumbled into SHIBUYA109 and found this cute shop called Chico, and it ended up being such a great surprise. The store design is really pretty and cozy, with soft colors and trendy displays that make everything look stylish and easy to browse. Their clothes have that sweet Japanese fashion vibe — lots of knits, skirts, and cozy pieces that are perfect for everyday wear.

Great new experience! Was like a Mary-go-round of shopping just floor after floor of cute things (mostly fashion). Things were priced fair and the “round” halls made the flow of people moving… and there is a LOT of people (obviously lol).

SHIBUYA109
One of the most recognizable fashion landmarks in Tokyo, especially known for youth culture and fast-changing trends. Even if you’re not planning to shop, the building itself feels like a snapshot of Shibuya’s style scene.
Inside, it’s packed with small boutiques rather than big global brands, which makes it feel more local and trend-driven. You’ll see everything from bold street fashion to more polished looks, often at relatively affordable prices. It’s very much geared toward younger shoppers, but browsing is part of the fun.
The layout can feel a bit tight and busy, especially

Shibuya 109 is a must-visit if you want to experience Tokyo’s youth fashion culture up close. Located right next to Shibuya Crossing, it is incredibly convenient and instantly recognizable. The mall is packed with small boutiques selling trendy clothes, accessories, and cosmetics, with styles that change quickly to match current trends. While the space can feel crowded and prices are slightly higher than average, the energy and variety make it worth a visit. Even if you do not shop, it is a great place to people-watch and soak in Shibuya’s vibrant atmosphere.
