This Choshi-based seafood restaurant is famous for its exceptionally large portions and fresh sashimi sets that offer significant value compared to nearby competitors.
It suits hungry seafood enthusiasts and big eaters who do not mind a multi-step ticketing process to secure a table.
Arrival by 8:30 is necessary to participate in the raffle or secure a numbered ticket for a lunchtime slot.
💡 Order a smaller portion for your first visit as the standard servings are large enough to overwhelm most diners.

I won the morning special in the raffle at 8:30! It included a platter of sashimi and nigiri sushi, steamed clams in sake, grilled tuna collar, simmered splendid alfonsino, a tempura assortment, and more. It was incredibly luxurious and voluminous, more than I could eat! I finished all the sashimi, sushi, and clams. I ate all the raw food, and took home the rest in a container. It was incredibly delicious. Thank you for the meal. I hope I win again someday.

This restaurant's selling point is undoubtedly the quantity of food☝️
However, considering the price, it also guarantees a level of "quality" that is unbelievable for this price.
However, be warned.
Even a regular serving is a lot, enough for most middle-aged people.
I'm usually a big eater, but even I find the regular serving sufficient.
Underestimating the portion size would be a nuisance to both the restaurant staff and future customers, so I strongly recommend ordering a smaller portion on your first visit.
If you manage to finish it all, they seem happy to provide additional portions.

I went there at 8:30 on Saturday morning after the long weekend and drew ticket number 34. My entry time was 12:00. I waited at home until then and went back again at lunchtime. This two-visit system is quite excellent; you don't have to wait in line for four hours. The sashimi is definitely tasty. Other restaurants in Choshi City seem expensive in comparison.

I had the fatty tuna rice bowl and the sashimi set meal.
The fatty tuna had a melt-in-your-mouth texture and a sweet, rich flavor – a truly luxurious taste. The sashimi set meal was also fresh, with each slice thick and meaty. Every piece was delicious, making for a very satisfying lunch.
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy fresh seafood in Choshi. Thank you for the delicious meal!
