I had a really bad experience at Hermès in Shanghai recently. One female staff member emailed me in the afternoon confirming that the bag I wanted was available in a different color. I went to the store the very next day, but a different staff member served me and rudely said it wasn’t an email from their store. Her tone was very harsh and dismissive, as if I was lying or making things up. She treated me like trash. I was impressed by the service and recommendations provided by the staff. They are knowledgeable about the brand and offer excellent customer service.
