The bridge and watching the train cross are a worthwhile but quick experience. Definitely worth seeing this is you are in Ella.
We self drove to the bridge. DO NOT LISTEN TO THE TUK TUK DRIVERS WHO SAY YOU CANNOT DRIVE DOWN THE ROAD, YOU CAN! They are trying to make a quick buck by saying tuk tuk is the only way down.
The road is narrow and steep to begin with but opens up about 100m from the sharp turn off the main road.
There is also parking right at the end of the road which costs 100 rupees for a car and 50 rupees for a tuk tuk or bike.

There is no ticket require to come here. We spent like 45mins then left, could stay a bit longer, go down to tea plantation area for more nice photo.
We were lucky enough that we were waited like 15mins, and the train pass by, everyone are just waiting for that moment to capture the beautiful memory.
There are few entrance you can come to 9 arches bridge. Surrounded there is cafe available too.

Amazing bridge! During low season there werent a lot of people so we could enjoy views and can normally fly with drone without be worrying for a crash with other ones :D. If you will be in Ella it is must visit place. From Ella city center you can walk through forest and it takes about 20-30 mins no more for slower walker as well.

Visited the Nine Arch Bridge Viewpoint and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Seeing the famous Nine Arch Bridge surrounded by green mountains and tea plantations was an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere was peaceful, cool, and perfect for relaxing and taking photos.
The best part was watching the train pass over the bridge while enjoying the amazing scenery. There are also a few nice cafes nearby to sit and enjoy the view. Definitely one of the must-visit places in Sri Lanka for nature lovers and photographers.
