We stayed for over a week and had a lovely time. The staff was wonderful and helped us with any questions and the bathroom was well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and many toiletries. Also, the gardens were so beautiful, especially at night. The walk from Shinagawa Station wasn't bad at all, maybe 15min up to the hotel and about 10min down. Definitely recommend getting the Tokyo Tower view if you can, it was gorgeous!

Rooms are dated as well as the few halls on the few floors that I walked on. The entrance in wonderful and the garden is amazing. I more than likely will stay at another hotel in the future. For what was paid I just expected more. Personally mitsui garden hotel kyoto station and Sunroute Hotel in shinjuku are better. I just expected more based off the website. The room we had was on the 14th floor. This floor has been neglected and the halls show it. The room we had must have been a smoking room at some point because when you showered the moisture from the steam that would be dripping down was

The positives are the the lovely lobby, nice staff, the view, which is quite impressive depending on your room and the floor you are on, the balcony, which I consider a luxury in Tokyo, and the ability to order amenities via your phone at any time. The convenience store in B1 was also nice.
The negatives are everything else. The rooms are straight out of the 70s, and haven’t been renovated for quite a while. There are a LOT of stains and scratches everywhere. The AC isn’t working in winter, only function available was the heater. We turned it off and tried to cool down our room via open balcon

The lobby is quite nice, but the hotel rooms are very old. The bathtub and curtain was very gross --- seems like it has been there despite remodels across other parts of the building. There is a public garden that connects the other Prince Hotels. It is accessible, safe, and clean. It is a short walk from Shinagawa Station, but logistically may be difficult as it's an uphill to reach the hotel. Lots of construction happening around the area, but I didn't hear noise in the hotel rooms. We asked hotel staff if we could leave our luggage until a day after we checked out as we were going to a town

Hotel and room are very spacious, which is a luxury in Tokyo. It is in a non-touristy area, so a little further away if your goal is sightseeing, but perfect for visitors on business. Lobby is great. Room is a little outdated for my taste, good soundproofing. Spotty wifi in the hallways. Great garden that is shared with other hotels. Staff is very unenthusiastic.
