My husband and I have been to Tokyo countless times and stayed at the Tokyo New Otani Hotel in Osaki at least 6 times, and each time we stayed for more than 5 days, so we are considered loyal customers. I thought this hotel was pretty good before, but the quality has obviously deteriorated a lot these last 2 times! The reception staffs in the lobby became very arrogant. Even though we were talking in English, most of them responded in Japanese.
