A stop during a trip to Chiba over Golden Week.
Arrived around 12:30 PM. There were already 10 people in line.
15 minutes later, they announced they were closing, with only two people behind me.
Despite the larger-than-usual number of customers, they handled everything courteously.
After waiting in line for an hour and a half, I was finally seated. It took another 30 minutes for the food to arrive.
I ordered a seafood bowl with a boat-shaped platter of horse mackerel sashimi.
The sashimi was thickly sliced, making for a delightful texture.
The local soy sauce had a deep flavor that complement

I visited around 1pm on a weekday.
There were several other groups of customers ahead of me.
There was both counter and table seating, and I was shown to the counter.
I ordered the Kaisen Don (Boat) with Whole Horse Mackerel for 2,300 yen.
The food arrived in just over 10 minutes.
I was left speechless at the sheer volume of the meal.
Under the thick slices of topping was a dense layer of rice.
There was also a whole horse mackerel. It also came with meatball soup.
The toppings were quite thick, so opinions might be divided. I personally prefer them a little thinner.
However, perhaps because t

Visited on November 14th, 2025 (Friday) at 11:40 AM. Almost full. Sit at the counter. Ordered the Seafood Bowl (Boat Style) with Horse Mackerel Sashimi for 2300 yen. Waited for about 20 minutes.
Impression: Impressive. Simply amazing. The sashimi was thickly sliced and plentiful. Local tuna, squid, yellowtail?, shrimp, octopus, salmon, etc., and a whole horse mackerel. There was also a generous amount of vinegared rice. The fishball soup was a little on the strong side. Very satisfying. Thank you for the meal.
Incidentally, around 12:10 PM, they stopped taking orders because they had run out

I went there because I wanted to eat seafood and the bowls were distinctive.
When I arrived just before opening time (about 10 minutes before), there were two groups in front of the restaurant, and by the time it opened, there were about six groups.
I was third in line, but perhaps because I ordered immediately after being seated, my bowl arrived very quickly.
The seafood pieces were in unusually large chunks, even for sashimi, making for a very satisfying and substantial seafood bowl.

Compared to restaurants near the fishing port, the prices are slightly cheaper, and the seafood bowl served in a boat-shaped bucket is very filling. When I visited, there was a bad storm and supplies were low, so the menu was mainly albacore, and I got tired of the thick slices of albacore halfway through. The freshness was also average. However, the horse mackerel sashimi and the boiled bones that were served as a complimentary treat were very delicious. Personally, I prefer the sashimi to be a little thinner sliced.
I arrived just after the restaurant opened, so it was nice to be able to di
