Restaurant is run by an old couple. The food is simple, tasty and homemade. The Saba fish was soft and the sauce was delicious. My friend had the hamburger set and it was the softest hamburger we had. We came in at 2pm and it was quite full considering it's Monday. If you like tasty homemade Japanese food, 10/10 recommend!

I was looking for a place near City Hall during my break from work on a weekday, so I stopped in.
Since it's close to City Hall, I thought the prices would be good, but since it's more of a coffee shop than a set meal restaurant, the costs are a little on the higher side. Maybe because of that, there were no other customers there, so I was able to get a seat straight away.
The food was average, but the interior was bright and clean, they even came to get me water, and the service was good.

Smoking is not allowed.
Payment is cash only.
Closing time is 3 PM.
I thought that since it's located right in front of the city hall, it would get a fair number of customers, but when I visited around 11:30 AM on a weekday, it was practically empty.
I ordered a hot cocoa and a hot café au lait, but I got the impression that they took a long time to be served.

Although everywhere was crowded during lunchtime, we were able to enjoy our meal at a relatively leisurely pace.
