Great beach and rocket views.

The water at the end of the beach between U.S and Mexico is gorgeous but the beach for a State Park is very disappointing. The beach has streaks of oil, all kinds of trash up and down the beach and you are allowed to drive your vehicles any where on the beach. For a State Park you would think there would be a port-a-potty at the entrance of the park and trash cans along the beach. My heart was saddened for the birds because of all the pollution surrounding them. If we want to clean up the environment maybe the state of Texas needs to start right in there own back yard.
