Came here for a corporate event that rented out the whole museum for a couple hours. I didn’t have time to look carefully at the exhibits - ended up walking quickly through the three floors. The design of the exhibits looked well done. They seemed pretty text heavy so it may be challenging for younger audiences. There were multiple video stations but I didn’t watch. The quantity of artefacts on display seemed small but I’d guess appropriate for the story being told. I’d like to come back to read through it more carefully. Definitely recommend!

We had such a wonderful experience at the Texas history museum! We visited during the free admission day with our Bank of America cards (they offer it once a month), and I also love that H-E-B sponsors free admission for everyone on the first Sunday of each month — such a great opportunity for families.
The museum itself is fantastic. The exhibits are engaging and beautifully presented. We especially loved the dinosaur exhibition — it’s impressive and exciting for both kids and adults.

Visited for the first time this week. Went with a group of 12 students and we had a great time. We enjoyed each exhibition and then we watched the T-Rex documentary in the IMAX theater. It was very interested although I think the snacks were a bit expensive. Overall I would totally recommend! Even the gift shop was great.
