I had such a great breakfast at Saison! The open kitchen in the center of the café creates a wonderful atmosphere, and watching the chefs at work gives the whole space a lively, welcoming energy. It was the perfect way to start the day. As an Australian resident, I was so happy to see they serve a proper Long Black! ☕🇦🇺 Another highlight was that they offer gluten-free options. While I assume cross-contamination can’t be completely avoided, I really appreciated having the choice available. The food was delicious, the coffee was excellent, and the warm, vibrant atmosphere made the whole exp

My mom and I came to Saison Bakery & Coffee on a Monday morning, the wait was around 30 minutes and it was well worth it!! We travelled from Shinbashi which was a 30 minute train ride after looking on google for some great breakfast spots. I’m SO happy we chose this spot. The atmosphere is warm and the chefs work fast. We had the banana rum muffin and blueberry danish to start. They were perfect! Not overly sweet but not bland either. Very very fresh and I can say the same for the breakfast dishes we got. credit for being open in the middle of the afternoon unlike many places in japan. Easy to order using QR menu, which is rare. salad and vegs were good. Fine prices. Portions medium to small. Cool setup where chefs are right in the middle and you can watch them. They seemed happy and talented. Large menu. A unique place worth visiting.

This is one cafe I have to give a 5 stars for most of the sections. The service is good and friendly and attentive to details. The breads and offerings is amazing and lots of nice food. All taste good and different in offerings. Creative and well thought out out. The setting if nice simple and like a home dinning feel. Worth a pit stop and wait for it really

Best French toast I’ve ever had!! 🥞🥓 We had breakfast here on our last morning in Tokyo and it was the perfect way to end the trip. When we arrived at around 8:45 am there was a pretty big line but it was super fast (we were a group of 7!!!). We sat by the bar and ordered a variety of different things and everything was delicious and freshly made. My favorite thing was the French toast, super fluffy with creamy butter and honey. The coffee was so good too! An absolute 10/10! Valentina from Argentina 🇦🇷
