Believe or not, this is actually a nice sightseeing spot in the area.
You can enjoy a 360° grandeur view from the area’s highest point, which is high enough to be awed especially around sunset time. The admission is just 420yen.
What is pity are, though the staff are quite friendly and helpful, the opening hours are pretty limited and some lack of willingness for sightseeing business expansion.

I came here for the All Japan Tower's stamp rally. This was very far in general and I didn't know if I was going to commit.
Once at the station, I had to take a taxi (just under 2000 yen) to get here and I walked to Motochoshi station (Choshi Electric railway).

2 memorial stamps on the bottom floor.
88 anime locations stamp and multilayer stamp at the top.
Gorgeous view on a nice day.
