Everyone's go to spot if you're looking for some good American food. With a brewery adjacent to the restaurant, you can enjoy an assortment of craft beer as well as pretty high quality ribs and wings! My personal favorite is the BBQ ribs, which for Japanese standard was a good "fall-off-bone" level. Also who could resist wings and beer?? One step outside the restaurant and you'll be in a relatively quite area with nice lighting, perfect place to look out into Tokyo bay! I love this restaurant. I've been to this restaurant a couple times through my visits to Japan and each time it was better than the last. They offer great food and beverage options and the staff is friendly. I got engaged across from the restaurant at the bridge minutes before coming in and informed our waitress of this and upon getting our check, they provided us with dessert which was a very nice gesture for our engagement. I do plan to return to this restaurant in the future.

I can’t understand why this place isn’t rated higher because our whole experience was outstanding from our warm welcome on a busy Saturday night when we had no reservations to our quick and friendly service. And our meals were just outstanding. I had lamb chops cooked to a perfect medium rare with a Lucious cranberry Demi glaze sauce that was divine. My wife had snapper with a delicious cream sauce. It was so good we ate every bite. I also started my meal with a nice meaty bowl of spicy black bean chili that was also delicious. I walked away totally full and saying wow what a great meal.

TY Harbor has a great view and atmosphere that is an open space and has an upscale vibe. The food was pretty good so I gave it 4 stars. For 5 stars, it has to be outstanding so for some it could be a 5. The staff were average ok, but it seemed a bit cold and not warm and friendly, but they were pleasant enough. It was hard to hear so sometimes when I asked "sumimasen" they didn't respond or I felt like I was bothering them. Kind of like when you are in a fancy place, and the staff seem distant and but will do their work. I would give a 3 for atmosphere because it seemed a bit sterile, but I wi
