Urban Dock LaLaport Toyosu

I want to say a huge thank you to a young lady at the information desk on January 23th 2026 around 6:30–7:00 PM. She was so kind, informative, and friendly. She had cute front bangs. I’ve asked for help at the customer center on other days, but the lady on the desk wasnt as nice and welcoming as her. I hope you always happy!

This must be one of the most huge mall in Tokyo. Supermarkets, furniture, cloths, cafes, theater, gym.. you can buy anything you want. When I was young, I worked around here. At that time, this mall was not so big like currently. I believe here would also be expanded one by one going forward.

This isn’t about Toyosu specifically, and I’m not sure if they’ll ever see this—but I am so incredibly grateful to the two wonderful ladies who helped me today. I took my eyes off my child (kid with the blue t-shirt) for a moment, and he wandered off. I was panicking, and truly terrified. One kind lady with two white dogs, and another wearing a baseball cap, found him. Thank you so, so much. I am so grateful, but could not utter too many words in that moment.

We went to TeamLabs, They recommended parking in LaLaport, parking is daylight robbery! ¥5600 for 8H! Not even in London, Normal shopping mall, nothing special, avoid as parking is very expensive if you use private transport.

Urban Dock LaLaport Toyosu is a great shopping mall located at an actual dock. The mall is pretty full of stores with a large variety to pick from. The mall was clean and well organized. The restroom was very clean as well. The mall has an odd shape but is easy to navigate the multiple floors.
