Enormous value for money. Polite and professional service from the reception. There you have coffee/tea and cream as well as amenity corner. You are not oblidge to leave the key at the reception when leaving, but note that you are responsible for the loss. Good pressure in the shower. You can open the window. Nice bed and there is an englush channels, good wifi and they provided not only cups but glasses as well. Good towels and big portabel mirrow. There are some shortcomings like carpet with staines, no soft slippers and so on, but overall this hotel is ahead of the competition.

Excellent customer service and helping me ship my luggage with takyubin. Location is a bit far from the station. The price and cleanliness is top notch, they're just a bit older rooms. They speak good English to help anyone.

This is not a smoke free property and the room has mold. If you are here for a family trip with minor or someone hate smoking, consider this post before you book!!! I booked a Non Smoking , Deluxe Double room. However , this hotel is NOT a smoke free property. It's mixed, every even level is smoking floor and odd floors are nonsmoking. I was assigned to the 14th floor which is the highest floor of the hotel. In the hall way, I could smell the smok. I don't want my baby exposed in a secondhand cigarette smoke environment. a short walk from the train station, the area around is full of restaurants. The service here is so so but the hotel is in good design. Room is modern and bed is comfortable too. There are free computer in the lobby. Price is reasonable, including happy breakfast too
