Good rooms but beware the smoking floors if you are a non smoker. It's worth asking for a non smoking room when you book. Hotel near to good restaurants and a 10 min walk to train station More stars would've been awarded from me if the breakfast was better

It's totally OK - ish. But starting to look old inside and not up to modern standards. It's like a bubble era hotel that refuses to die. Great trouser press though. It was annoying to have to collect coffee from the front desk every time I wanted a drink. Why can't you just leave it in the rooms?? There was also a black mold line around the wallpaper gap between the wall and ceiling. That's not cool. Staff were efficient if a little cold. This is the kind of hotel you would book if there are no rooms available and you wouldn't feel too compromised.

Nice hotel. Hotel staff is very nice and supportive. Rooms are compact/ tinney, Super clean 👌🏻, and high-tech. No moisturiser in room. Toiletry is best quality. Limited breakfast options.

Comfortable place to live, a constant standard across the Daiwa Royalnet chain. Sadly it's too difficult to get rooms at this hotel these days, sometimes it's fully booked even on weekdays. Tourists galore. Good for the hotel, terrible for long term members like me. Thankfully, I can always get a room at the Best Western Fino, which is a stones throw across the road.

The location is great, with a convenience store and an onsen nearby. The Oita Arcade shopping street is just a few blocks away.
